Connect the business number to Créo automation

This page is used once to connect an existing Business app number. Your team keeps using the app on the phone after this.

  1. Keep the phone with the number nearby and the Business app open.
  2. On the phone number screen, keep Create a new one selected and enter the business number.
  3. Meta recognises a Business app number and shows the account's profile photo and name. Confirm it, pick the Créo Global portfolio, and scan the QR code from the Business app.
  4. If Meta instead asks to send a verification code by SMS or call, stop and close the window. That means the number was not recognised.
  5. Click Finish on the last screen and leave this page open until the steps below turn green.
